Why we built Lotus365

Keeping books is rarely hard because of the accounting. It is hard because of the data entry. A year of sheets, bills and receipts can take days to type up. Lotus365 was built to shorten that step to about a minute.

What the name means

“365” stands for a bookkeeping period of exactly 365 consecutive days. Our concept, 365 Days Book Keeping in 60 Seconds, describes the product: upload a raw sheet or photos, and the AI returns the accounting details in about 60 seconds.

How we think about AI

AI is fast, but it is not perfect. We design Lotus365 so that you review the results. The software does the reading and extracting. You make the final call.
