2. AI Accuracy and Review of Results

A fixed 365-day period may differ from a calendar year or a legally required financial reporting period, particularly where leap years are involved. You must ensure that the period selected is appropriate for your reporting needs.

Processing time: References to “60 seconds” describe an approximate AI processing time after records are uploaded. They exclude preparing documents, uploading files, reviewing results, correcting errors, and obtaining professional advice.

Actual processing times may vary according to record volume, file size and quality, internet connectivity, system demand, and technical availability. The stated time is an indication, not a guaranteed completion deadline.

4. Records, Compliance, and User Decisions

You are responsible for supplying records that you are lawfully entitled to upload and for reviewing the information you approve for use.

Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading input may affect the results. Lotus365 does not independently establish the authenticity or completeness of every document submitted.
