Lotus365 Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about the software, uploads and the 365-day period.
What is Lotus365?
Lotus365 is AI bookkeeping software. You upload a raw sheet or photos of your records, and the Lotus365 AI reads them and returns the accounting details in about 60 seconds.
What does “365 Days Book Keeping in 60 Seconds” mean?
It means a bookkeeping period of exactly 365 consecutive days can be turned from raw records into accounting details in about 60 seconds of AI processing. The 365 days describe the period your records cover. The 60 seconds describe how long the AI takes after you upload.
What can I upload to Lotus365?
You can upload a raw sheet of your figures or photos of your records. The AI works from whichever you provide. See the Support page for tips on preparing sheets and taking clear photos.
How is the 365-day bookkeeping period counted?
The start date is day 1. The closing date is the start date plus 364 days, which makes exactly 365 consecutive days. For example, a period starting on 1 April 2026 closes on 31 March 2027.
Does the 60 seconds include my own review time?
No. The 60 seconds refers to the AI processing step after your upload. Gathering your sheet or photos beforehand, and checking the results afterwards, are separate.
Do I still need to check the results?
Yes. AI can misread unclear photos or unusual sheet layouts. Always review the accounting details Lotus365 returns before you rely on them for filing, reporting or decisions.
Does Lotus365 replace an accountant?
No. Lotus365 is bookkeeping software that speeds up data entry. It does not give tax, legal or financial advice. Read the Disclaimer for details.
